Female Leader of the year

This award looks to recognize a female leader in our industry. Judges are looking for people that have not only demonstrated outstanding leadership of their organization but also demonstrated a positive impact on their peers and the wider industry in areas such as people development, sustainability and innovation.

 

Our winner will be an exemplary leader, evidenced by:

1. Their personal achievements within their organization

2. Their contribution toward furthering themes of people development, sustainability and innovation

3. Their personal achievements and exemplar behaviors in the wider industry and their community

4. The added value their contribution brings to Clients’ projects
